These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aries Edu, a training and learning management platform operated by the Aries Group. By creating an account or otherwise using Aries Edu, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using Aries Edu
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to upload content you don't have the rights to share, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
2. Content you provide
You retain ownership of the courses, lessons, and other content you create in Aries Edu. By uploading content, you grant us the license needed to host, display, and deliver it to the learners in your workspace as part of providing the service.
3. Organizations and workspaces
If you join an organization's workspace, that organization's administrators can manage your membership, view your course progress, and moderate content within their workspace.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Termination
You may stop using Aries Edu at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
6. Disclaimers and liability
Aries Edu is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Aries Edu after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
